Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Polo Club UK garment tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

Ship the Package

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
